We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to help bring the supernatural to life (in the best way possible)! Whether you're local or just love spooky adventures, there’s a role for you.

Volunteer Opportunities:

👻 Planning Committee
Be a part of the behind-the-scenes magic! Help with coordinating speakers, organizing activities, building community partnerships, managing vendor outreach, and creating a one-of-a-kind experience for guests and investigators.

🎟️ Event Day Support
On the big weekend, we’ll need boots on the ground to help with:

• Guest check-in & registration

• VIP & speaker hospitality

• Vendor setup/assistance

• Crowd flow and information booths

• Tech help and room monitoring
